Installing Agent Updates

Agent software updates for Windows and Mac clients are handled entirely automatically.  When no jobs are in your queue and we make a new stable version available, that version will be downloaded and placed into a version-named directory in the same directory that our software was initially deployed.  The agent should relaunch itself automatically and run the newest version.

Both platforms will prompt you in the News scroll on the Home tab when beta versions are available.  Clicking on the beta version new items will download that beta for you.
